• All domestic orders are shipped via registered courier services.

As our furniture is customised and made to order, natural variations in texture, grain, tone, or finish are expected and celebrated as part of handcrafted production. Such variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for warranty claims.

These are offered in good faith to assist customers in making informed choices.
